Sunil Dubey is the Founder and CEO of GreenLungs Earth Foundation

He is a Social Worker by qualification, having done his Masters in Social Work in the year 2001, from School of Social Work, Indore. Sunil has served in the non-profit sector for several years before entering corporate world, the field of Human Resource Management.

Sunil has worked with some of the best brands of India such as Bharti Airtel Group, Escorts Agri, Hero Group, Dish TV and OYO as Sr. HR Professional.

Sunil is on a mission to plant a Billion Trees !! He is dedicating his personal resources, his personal savings to make GreenLungs a success story !!

Rohtash Mal, alumnus of IIT, IIM is Founder Chairman of EM3 AgriServices Pvt. Ltd. Amongst his past assignments were Chief Executive of Escorts Ltd., Chief Executive of Bharti Airtel Ltd., CEO of Bharti Field Fresh Limited, Bharti Delmonte etc. He is currently a member of the Executive Advisory Committee of Simon Business School, University of Rochester. He is a Member of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), CII Agricouncil, ICCI Agricouncil, Indian Angel Network & Charter Member, TiE.

GreenLungs is indebted to have Major General Gagan Deep Bakshi SM, VSM or G. D. Bakshi as its Chief Patron. General Bakshi is a retired Indian army officer from the Jammu and Kashmir Rifles. He was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal for commanding a battalion in the Kargil War. Later, he was awarded the Sena Medal for distinguished service in commanding a battalion during counter-insurgency drives

Gen Bakshi who hails from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh is revered as a war-hero, by every ordinary Indian, for his formidable courage during the Kagil war. He is considered to be India’s foremost defense experts and an author of impeccable reputation who writes extensively on India. His book “Bose or Gandhi – Who Got India Her Freedom?” is one of his most debated books available as a best-seller.

Sunil Goyal is the Managing Director of YourNest Venture Capital, an early-stage venture fund he co-founded in 2011.

Sunil has led seed-stage investments and guided companies to successful exits. Prior to this, he was a senior executive in the Telecom and FMCG industries. From his stints with Bharti Group (Airtel) and Dabur, he has led complex projects in the areas of M&A, business turnarounds, and strategic partnerships.

Sunil believes in ‘conscious capitalism’ and relishes driving business that involve a high sense of purpose and vision. He is a qualified CFA from ICFAI, a Cost Accountant from ICWAI and a Masters in Business Economics (MBE) from University of Delhi – South Campus.

Rajen Pipare is the Co-founder and COO of GreenLungs Earth Foundation !!

Rajen’s father worked as a bus driver in a small village of Madhya Pradesh. Rajen remained in the village and set-up his Printing-Business which flourished over time – making him youngest millionaire of his community. The other socially conscious side of Rajen, however, remained dedicated to environment and he kept undertaking community development initiatives. He has decided to dedicate his life towards the protection of Rivers and Environment.

Rajen is the Go-to person at GreenLungs who gets things done on the ground. When you place an order for a tree, its Rajen who ensures that the tree is planted, you receive your dedication-placard in place, and you keep receiving TRCs (Tree Report Card).

Vivek Rawal is the CEO of bioRe India Ltd, an organization working at the grassroots for the upliftment of cotton-farmers and indigenous communities. He works so as to improve small farmers' livelihood through organic farming. Nearly 7000 farmers are treated as partners, receiving agricultural advice and support for the purchase of organic production.

BioRe India is situated in the heart of central India ( state of Madhya Pradesh) and is the starting point of a unique international network-bioRe, for the production and distribution of quality textiles, while managing strictest ecological and social standards. bioRe works with the farming community at the grassroots to achieve good yields and sustainability in the organic agricultural practices, procuring the certified organic cotton from the individual farmers by paying them fare prices and eventually converting the same into cotton yarns to be used either for the bioRe garments or to be sold as cotton yarns, worldwide.

Vinod Malviya a self made man - an entrepreneur and a leading businessman of Gujarat. He is an authority in the domain of Water & Wastewater management. He is the promoter of Shubham Inc., a company that provides cutting edge solutions to help the world manage its water efficiently. Vinod has given his life to the 'cause of water conservation'. From a newspaper hawker to an industrial trainee at a pharma company to owning a multi-product multi-service company like Shubham, Vinod had a really long way up. A humble, humourous individual; Vinod champions the agenda of innovation and creativity across his eco-system of employees, friends and professional colleagues. GreenLungs is happy to have him as a Board-Member.

Shivani or [Sonia as she is more popularly known] is an environmentalist and nature lover, committed to greening the world around us for the last 7 years.

A self-taught horticulturist, Shivani specialises in sustainable horticulture where the core philosophy centres around growing flora and fauna suited to the climate of the region and one which fosters the symbiotic relationship between plants, birds and bees.Shivani has been instrumental in making Legend, a 14 acre condominium into one of the greenest in Gurgaon by transforming a rather barren landscape to dense greenery and planting and growing over ~250 large trees. With the active support of conscientious citizens, she started a project of developing green zones in the green belts of Sector 57. Barren patches are now flourishing green.

Shivani also led a citizens movement amongst ~ 2,000 residents to convert the entire society into a “green society” which recycles all its waste.

Lokesh Nigam is the Co-Founder & Director at Kognoz Research & Consulting. He has 20+ years of experience as an HR & OD consultant. Lokesh brings deep expertise in areas of strategic workforce planning, strategy mapping and deployment, organization set-up, Digital HR transformation, talent management and leadership development working with global and Indian clients.

Lokesh has driven by an innate desire to contribute towards the upliftment of society in general. He is associated with the cause of GreenLungs as a donor and has been advocating the case since its inception. Lokesh is actively supporting the cause and is contributing in more than one way.

Young Talented Miss Yasha Pahadiya is a business partner at Pahadiya Home Decor(Barwani, M.P.), She has been also working as a Client Relationship Manager and Team Lead at an AM Webtech Pvt. Ltd in Indore earlier. Recently She is looking after her business and managing the Technical support and marketing of GreenLungs.

She has been interested in gardening since a very young age and when she heard about GreenLungs, her excitement and love for plantation made her join us immediately.

She is also a sports lover as well as a nature lover. She loves to play Table-Tennis and Lawn tennis, She is a National Player.

We are glad that she has joined our team and helped us accomplish our mission of planting one billion trees, Digitally.

An alumnus of ISB Hyderabad and NIT Jamshedpur, Vivek is a start-up leader !! He is driven by the magnitude of the problem that he goes after to solve – tougher the problem, better the chase!

Vivek started off with large conglomerates like Reliance and Lodha and soon plunged himself into creating BuildZar, a B2B platform that raised $5MN in series A.

Later, he went on to join MobiKwik as VP & Business Head for Offline Business, managing 2000+ large team and then OYO where he can be attributed for creating many start-ups within the Unicorn.
