- The legal rights of the tree, so bought by the customer (hereinafter called GreenWarrior) will belong to the Govt of
India / Village Panchayat / NGO/ Private owner/Institution etc, at whose land the tree has been planted.
- The GreenWarrior can always consume fruits of their trees or even the fruits of other trees of the GreenLungs jungles,
should they visit the place.
- The purchaser also gives an undertaking to voluntarily provide Rs365 per year for year-2 and year-3 as a part of their
subscription; however this is completely voluntary decision of GreenWarrior to pay the annual maintenance charges for year-2
and year-3 (basis the performance of GreenLungs Earth Foundation)
- Approximately 25% of fruit-income / yield, coming from the plantation will be spent on the education of girl-child of
the nearby villages
- Approximately 25% of fruit-income / yield, coming from the plantation can be taken by the land-owner and 50% of the income
generated by the fruit-trees can be used by GreenLungs and board / CEO will decide to use the income from the plantation for
the expansion of the project as approved.
- Appropriate information via annual report will be sent to all customers / donors via digital mediums on such income and its usage.
- GreenLungs undertakes to protect and grow the tree for the minimum of 7 years, provided AMC for year 2 and year 3 has been paid by the
GreenWarrior.
- GreenLungs undertakes to display the placard showing the dedication made the GreenWarior for a period of 3 years.
- All Green-Warriors will receive the Tree Report Card at an appropriate frequency decided by GreenLungs functionaries, time to time.
GreenLungs will use all the donations / subscriptions fee, primarily for the purpose of plantation and allied activities. The objective of
